I believe we all have some special talents that are just waiting to be engaged in a worthy pursuit. We need to find out which thing we like the most and if we work on that how much satisfaction and happiness will we get. By working on those things which you love, you will never feel tired. Focus on the things you do best and it means you have to stop waiting for other people to make changes you desire.

Be the change that you wish to see most in your world. And once you do your life will change.

2. Keep a Journal:

Keeping a journal offers you the opportunity to have a one-to-one conversation with yourself on a regular basis. It will help you keep o track as we all know not all days are the same. Few days are super productive, few are dull but at least by maintaining a journal you will not slack off that much because you will be knowing how much is yet to do. So in that way, you will be very much disciplined.

If we are facing a difficulty, it is easy to spend all our working hours focusing on it. Instead, you can schedule fix time to worry. Say 30 minutes every evening. During this session, you may wallow all your problems and brood over your difficulties. But after this period you must train your mind to leave out all this worry and do something more productive like go for a walk in nature, read an inspirational book, complete your long pending walk, or talk to an old friend. So in this way, you can be more productive.

All of the great wisdom traditions of the world have arrived at the same conclusion: to reconnect with who you really are as a person and to come to know the glory that rests within you, you must find the time to be silent on a regular basis. But if we do all our work with a big smile it will relax our mind. You will feel so calm inside. Even if in a worrying situation just take a deep breath and smile, you will overcome that situation at ease. So smile, fake it if you don’t feel like smiling. Eventually, you will adopt this habit of smiling in every situation.
